How to connect Wi-Fi network at harbor area?

In Keelung harbor area you can quickly connect Wi-Fi hot spot by following steps:

Right click the wireless adapter icon in the lower right toolbar on your screen and select “View Available Wireless Networks”.
Select the network “KEELUNGPORT” and check the Checkbox “Allow me to connect…” then click “Connect”.
Surf to your favorite website. In case a message box informs you that you are about to view pages over a secure connection, click “OK”.
Another message box informs you exchange with this site cannot be viewed or changed by others, click “Yes”.
A logon screen appears. Use your e-mail address to login.
